Family Values

Anna and Edith did not just open a restaurant.
They followed their greatest dream.

They left behind the familiarity of Toronto and came to Montreal with courage in their hearts and everything on the line. What they built is more than a restaurant, it is a market, a fish shop, a kitchen filled with memory, culture, and soul.

For two years, they have worked without a single vacation. No long summers, no real breaks, just early mornings, late nights, and hands constantly moving. They invested everything they had into this vision. Not halfway. Not safely. Completely.

This place carries their story in every detail. In the steam rising from the pots. In the fresh fish on ice. In the recipes passed down and perfected. In the quiet exhaustion at the end of a long day.

They are women of heart. Women of resilience. Women who chose courage over comfort.

And this restaurant is not just a business.
It is the living proof of what happens when two determined women dare to build the life they dreamed of, together.
